Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive nursing care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for patient needs.

Duties

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions, documenting findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with legal requirements. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in nursing.

Experience

A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential. Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in areas such as medical-surgical, paediatrics, or geriatrics. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required to provide effective patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative when required.
