We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly. Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and practices. Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail. Empathy and compassion for patients, demonstrating a commitment to their well-being. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Critical thinking abilities to assess situations accurately and make informed decisions.
