Overview

Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition promptly. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and treatment options. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Uphold infection control protocols and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
