Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status, documenting findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld at all times. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
