Your Role:

Primary Care Nurse

Step into a fast-paced, varied role where you'll make a real impact every single day. Working in our Category B local prison with a dynamic, high-turnover population, you'll develop expertise across the full spectrum of primary care while delivering vital healthcare to those who need it most.

What you'll do:

Support new arrivals - conduct thorough early days in custody assessments, identifying health needs and connecting individuals with the right care from day one

Lead clinical decision-making - carry out triage assessments and make autonomous clinical judgments that directly shape patient outcomes

Collaborate across teams - work closely with prison colleagues and partnership agencies, attend key meetings, and contribute to integrated care delivery

This role offers the perfect blend of clinical challenge and professional growth. You'll build diverse skills, work autonomously, and be part of a service that truly values innovation and compassionate care.
