Duties

Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical history. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in medication administration and patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others.
