Salary: 27,534.88 - 31,665 plus a 16% shift allowance


Hours: Full & Part time hours available - includes weekend and night working

We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our warm, expert Inpatient Unit team. What You'll Do:





? Conduct holistic assessments addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs, creating personalised care plans for every patient.



? Deliver and continually evaluate specialist palliative care, ensuring interventions are evidence-based and tailored to each individual.



? Take charge of your shift as the Nurse in Charge, effectively allocating team resources and ensuring safe staffing levels.



? Support and guide families through open, sensitive communication--putting patients' wishes at the heart of their care.



? Stay on top of professional development and maintain up-to-date training and clinical competencies.



? Contribute to quality improvement through champion roles, audits, education, and policy work.


What You'll Need:




Be a Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration and at least 6 months post-qualification experience Be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team, To use initiative and have excellent communication skills. Have flexibility to work across days, nights and weekend shifts
