Are you a dedicated and creative mental health nurse who wants to work in a supportive recovery focused team?



An exciting opportunity has become available to work in the Early Intervention for Psychosis Team (PSYPHER).



PSYPHER is a unique and evolving early intervention service dedicated to supporting the recovery of people who are aged between 14 & 64 and are suspected to be experiencing symptoms of psychosis for the first time or may be at risk of developing psychosis in the future.



You will receive:



A service specific induction



A bespoke training package



Support to continue professional development



PSYPHER offers a care pathway of up to 3 years for people of Hull & East Riding.



After initially completing a comprehensive assessment of at risk mental health to establish support needed, our clients are offered a pathway of support and interventions including:



Activities



Health & Lifestyle support



Education and employment support



Family interventions



Cognitive Behaviour Therapy



Medication



Support/Education for friends and/or family



As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a well established multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Specialist Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners, Support Workers, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists.



As a care coordinator / key worker you will provide recovery focused assessments and interventions with focus on therapeutic relationships with service users and their family / carers.
