About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. Day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work within a friendly, supportive team. You will play a key role in leading the care team, promoting best practice, and ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred nursing care and support residents' physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

Administer medication safely and accurately, maintaining detailed and compliant records.

Lead, supervise, and mentor care staff to ensure exceptional standards.

Liaise professionally with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.

Participate in care planning, risk assessments, and reviews.

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN.

Previous experience in elderly or dementia care is desirable.

Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centred care.
