This is a unique opportunity for any Learning Disability nurse not only to join a unique service in the trust Portfolio but also to develop clinically their portfolio of skills.
Working alongside the Registered Manager, Deputy Managers, Learning Disability and Adult Nurses as well as support provided by the multidisciplinary team to enhance the lives of people with a profound learning disability and associated complex health care needs
As part of the clinical team the hours are 07:00 to 19:30 with nights being 19:00 - 07:30. There is an expectation that you are able and available to work both shift patterns including unsocial hours to have an overview of residents clinical needs both during the day and night.
