About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

to join our team on a full-time, day-shift basis. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, supporting residents' wellbeing, and ensuring the smooth running of nursing duties within the home.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred nursing care to residents Administer medication and treatment in line with professional standards Monitor, record, and report on residents' health and progress Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals Support and guide care staff, ensuring compliance with care plans and policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid PIN Relevant post-registration experience Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in a care home or similar setting Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and compliance standards
