About the Role:

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced

Staff Nurse

to join our dedicated care team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and has proven experience working in a nursing home setting. You will primarily work day shifts with flexibility to cover occasional nights when required.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in line with NMC standards Carry out assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes Administer medications safely and accurately Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic and tailored support Maintain clear and accurate documentation Support junior staff and ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration

as a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Minimum 2 years of nursing home experience

Strong communication and leadership skills A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism
