Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' physical, social, and emotional needs and risks.
Monitor vital signs, cognitive function, mobility, and overall health, providing ongoing assessments and evaluations.
Provide interventions, treatments, and therapies as outlined in individual care plans.
Accurately record and maintain residents' health histories, progress, and any procedures performed, following facility requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
Supervise and mentor other nursing and care staff (such HCAs and support workers), fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Participate in occupational health and safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment
Requirements:
NMC Pin
English Qualification Certificate
Nursing Degree
Catheter Care
Peg Feeding
Basic Care also NVQ's (If any)
Rest Medication one (Such as medication administration and all)
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program preferred
Valid DBS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
