We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our care team fornight shifts
. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical and personal care throughout the night, ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and wellbeing.This is a
fixed-night position
, ideal for nurses who prefer consistent night scheduling and enjoy providing hands-on support alongside care assistants.Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care in accordance with NMC standards. Work collaboratively with care assistants to support
continence care
and resident wellbeing during night hours. Administer medication and complete accurate care documentation. Respond to medical emergencies and liaise with on-call professionals when necessary. Ensure residents receive respectful, dignified care at all times.Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Provenclinical skills
and experience in a care home or similar setting. Comfortable workingfixed night shifts
and supporting care teams directly. Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills. Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 21.00 per hour
