is a modern, family-run, purpose-built care home in the beautiful Baildon area of Bradford. Opened in 2014, our 66-bed luxury home provides high-quality nursing, residential, and dementia care in a warm and supportive environment.

We are looking for

compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, hands-on nursing care in line with the NMC Code of Conduct Administer medication accurately and maintain high standards of record keeping Create, implement, and review personalised care plans and risk assessments Respond to residents' changing needs, prioritising care effectively Promote dignity, independence, and respect for every resident Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Lead, support, and supervise care staff Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

About You

Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with

valid NMC registration

Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices Experience supporting individuals with complex medical, psychological, or social needs Ability to develop detailed care plans and risk assessments Passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care Strong communication and leadership skills
