Introduction:

An established private care home (private healthcare) in Pontypridd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their friendly team. This is a permanent, full-time night role offering the chance to provide exceptional care and make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care in line with NMC standards and company policies. Lead and support the care team during night shifts, ensuring residents' safety and wellbeing. Administer medications, complete clinical observations, and maintain accurate records. Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to deliver person-centred care. Promote best practice and contribute to continuous improvement within the home.

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration (RGN / RMN / RNLD). Previous experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting preferred. Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills. Flexibility to work full-time night shifts.
