Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) / Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a committed nursing professional to provide high-quality care while working in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional standards of care to residents in line with best practice and CQC requirements. Conduct assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans. Administer medication safely and effectively. Supervise and support junior staff, ensuring high levels of teamwork and collaboration. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Promote dignity, choice, and independence for all service users.

Requirements

Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Proven prior experience working as a Registered Nurse. Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Commitment to providing safe, person-centred, and high-quality care.
