About the Role
We are seeking experienced
Nursing Home Registered General Nurses (RGNs)
to join a respected network of care providers in
Lincolnshire
while making a real difference in the lives of residents and service users. As an RGN, you will deliver person-centred, clinically safe care and contribute to a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. Our client operates on a 24/7 basis providing high-quality care, including dementia support, end-of-life care, and complex health needs management.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate individualised care plans
Administer medication and manage clinical duties safely and effectively
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to healthcare assistants and care staff
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate care records in line with regulatory standards

Essential Requirements
Valid
NMC registration (RGN)
Minimum
2 years of working experience within Nursing Homes.
Up-to-date clinical skills and knowledge of best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Valid

in the UK
Up-to-date
DBS certificate
(on the Update Service)
Completed
mandatory training
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care
Two professional references will be required as part of pre-employment check
Desirable Experience
Leadership or mentorship training
Familiarity with electronic patient records (EPR)
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred, but not essential depending on client needs)
