About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate

Registered General Nurse (RGN)

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centered nursing care in line with NMC guidelines. Create, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents. Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with care staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide emotional support and leadership during both day and night shifts.

Requirements

Valid NMC PIN as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Previous experience in a care home or elderly care environment is preferred. Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of safeguarding and CQC standards. A caring, empathetic, and patient-focused approach. Ability to work flexibly, including both days and nights.
