Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding clinical and personal care to residents as a Staff Nurse*.

Confidently and accurately conduct medication rounds*, adhering to all safety protocols.

Take shift charge during night shifts, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to work autonomously without supervision*.

Work collaboratively in hand with the Deputy Managerand multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for our residents.
Maintain accurate and timely records in line with NMC guidelines and care homepolicies.
Act as a clinicalmentor and support to junior members of the team.
What We Are Looking For (Essential Requirements):

A valid NMC PIN as a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)*.

A minimum of 3 years experience as a RGN or RMN within a UK nursing home or care homesetting.
Proven experience in leading shifts and working confidently without supervision*.

Comprehensive knowledge and proven ability in conducting medication rounds*.

A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge, particularly in elderly careand dementia.
Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, professional nature.
