Salary: 17.00 per hour + Benefits | Shift Pattern: Full-time (Days & Nights Rotation)

Your Impact as Our RGN:

- Deliver person-centered nursing care to our residents

- Lead medication rounds and clinical assessments

- Maintain CQC compliance through excellent record-keeping

- Utilize electronic care planning systems (training provided)

- Mentor HCAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

We Need Someone With:

? Active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - ESSENTIAL

? Proven nursing home experience (minimum 1 year preferred)

? Strong knowledge of CQC standards and clinical competencies

? Ability to work days & nights on rotation

? Excellent communication and leadership skills

Bonus Qualifications:

- Experience with electronic care planning systems

- Additional training in dementia care or palliative care
