### Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional clinical care to elderly residents during night shifts

Ensure CQC standards are met at all times

### Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN (Active RGN registration)

Minimum 3 years' experience in UK nursing homes

Proven ability in medication management

Strong clinical skills in elderly care

Ability to work independently during night shifts
