We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our dynamic team at a well-established nursing home in London W6. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RGN), you will be responsible for:
Delivering the highest standards of nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Confidently leading and managing medication rounds in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.
Working autonomously and using your initiative during day and night shifts, demonstrating strong clinical decision-making skills.
Developing, implementing, and evaluating personalised care plans.
Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team, including Deputy Managers and Clinical Leads*.
Providing supervision and support to junior care staff.
Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records.
Upholding all CQC standards and contributing to clinical governance.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal Nursing Home Nurse will have:
A valid NMC Pin (RGNessential).
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse within a UK nursing home or care home*.
Proven competence in medication administration and management.
The ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision on both days and nights.
A fully flexible approach to work, available to work a mix of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as part of a 7-day rota.
Excellent clinical skills with a strong understanding of elderly care*.
A compassionate, professional, and reliable nature.
Shift Pattern & Benefits
Hours:Full-Time, 36 to 48 hours per week.
Shift Pattern:Fully flexible - a mix of days and nights across a 7-day rota (including weekends and bank holidays).
Salary: A competitive hourly rate of 21.75*.
