Registered Nurse (RGN) - Nights

Blackley, Manchester (M9)

20.00 per hour - 36 hours per week

Introduction:

Recruit by Nature is supporting a nursing home within private education, a respected, modern, purpose-built care service in North Manchester. We are seeking a compassionate and confident Registered Nurse (RGN) to join their permanent night team. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a calm night-shift environment and is committed to delivering safe, person-centred, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver high-quality nursing care to residents during night shifts. Support, guide, and mentor care staff, ensuring a safe and effective working environment. Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Oversee care plans, clinical observations, and tailored support for residents with nursing and dementia needs. Respond effectively to emergencies and escalate appropriately. Promote dignity, independence, and a positive home environment for all residents.

Requirements:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience within elderly nursing, dementia care, or similar clinical settings. Confident working autonomously on nights. Strong clinical skills, communication, and attention to detail. Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellent standards of care.
