About the Role

We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurses (RGN or RMN)

to join our team. We have

both day and night shift positions available

, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments.

As a Registered Nurse at Ty Coch Care Home, you will play a key role in providing clinical support and leading our care team to deliver outstanding care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, high-quality, and person-centred nursing care Administer and manage medications in accordance with NMC and regulatory standards Monitor residents' conditions and respond to any changes with clinical expertise Lead, support, and mentor care staff during shifts Maintain accurate care plans and documentation Build positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times Ensure compliance with safeguarding and CQC standards

What We're Looking For

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid PIN Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting preferred Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills Compassionate and person-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work days and/or nights, including some weekends
