We are currently recruiting for a dedicated nurse to join care team in

Perth, Scotland

, delivering high-quality support and clinical care to our residents during night shifts.

What We're Looking For:

A valid

NMC PIN

(RGN or RMN) Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to best practices Excellent communication and leadership skills A caring and calm approach, especially during night hours Previous care home experience is welcomed but not essential -- what matters most is your dedication to improving lives
Your Responsibilities:

Deliver and coordinate high standards of person-centred care Administer medication and carry out clinical tasks in line with best practices Lead and support the night care team Build strong, respectful relationships with residents and families Ensure compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards
