Job Title: Registered Nurse (RMN) - Nursing Home - Littlehampton BN17

Location: Littlehampton, BN17

Salary: 22.00 per hour + paid breaks

Hours: 42.88 hours per week (4 shifts week 1 / 3 shifts week 2)

Shift Pattern: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM (includes 1 hour 15-minute paid break)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our dedicated team in a nursing home setting in Littlehampton BN17. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled RMN / RGN / RNLD with a valid NMC PIN to take shift charge and provide high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to elderly residents in a care home environment.

- Conduct medication rounds safely and efficiently.

- Work autonomously during day shifts with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to ensure best practices.

- Take clinical leadership on shifts, overseeing care delivery.

- Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.

- Support student nurses and junior staff as needed.

Essential Requirements:

- Valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse - RMN / RGN / RNLD).

- Minimum 3 years' experience as an RMN in a nursing home or care home.

- Proven ability to manage medication rounds independently.

- Strong clinical skills in elderly care and mental health.

- Ability to lead shifts and work closely with the Deputy Manager.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
