### Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC Pin as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)*.

A minimum of three years' post-registration experience as a Mental Health Nurse or Staff Nursein a relevant setting.
Proven experience and competence in managing medication rounds*.

A strong, up-to-date knowledge of the Mental Health Act and evidence-based practices.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, patient-centred healthcare*.

Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
### Desirable Skills:

Experience in a specialist area such as acute, PICU, or rehabilitation.
A mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
Experience contributing to quality improvementprojects or service development.
