Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting.

- Conduct medication rounds safely and efficiently.

- Work autonomously during day shifts, ensuring smooth operations.

- Take shift charge, supervising care delivery, and supporting junior staff.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager and multidisciplinary team to enhance resident wellbeing.

- Maintain accurate records in line with NMC standards.

Essential Requirements:

Valid NMC PIN (RGN qualification essential)

3+ years' experience as an RGN in a nursing home or elderly care setting

Strong clinical skills, including medication management

Ability to lead shifts and work effectively without supervision

Compassionate, patient-focused approach
