We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure the well-being of patients in a clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Duties
Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and medical history.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their treatment journey.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities to enhance nursing skills.
Qualifications
Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not essential; newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply.
