Registered Nurses Required Urgently (RGN) HIRING Alert!

Salary:

26 - 27 per hour (depending on experience)

Care Dedications recruitment agency are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in Pontypool.

Work with Care Dedications to make a real difference to people's lives which require extra support.

Locations: Pontypool, Wales, NP4

Service type: Supported living/Care Homes (all within one location for all age groups) both CQC and OFSTED guidelines will be followed

Speciality: Nursing Diploma, Catheter Care, and Manual Handling and Medication management.

Training:

All Mandatory trainings plus below

Practical Training and Experience in the following:

? Basic Life Support - including choking, CPR, DNA CPR

and Anaphylaxis

? Moving and Handling (object) and Moving and Handling of People

? Medication Administration and Competency Test

? Catheter Training

Other requirements:

4x Experienced General trained Nurses

We're looking for enthusiastic applicants who are:

- Positive, with a can-do attitude.

- Caring and empathetic.

- Have at least 6 Months Experience needed within the UK Care Industry

The Role will involve:

- Helping people to live the individual life they want

- Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose

- Supporting people with their medication

-Administering medication in accordance with established protocols.

-Monitoring and recording patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.

-Supporting patients with their nutritional needs and ensuring that they have access to appropriate food and drink.

-Assisting with the preparation of clinical areas and equipment.

-Ensuring that patients' rooms and communal areas are clean and well-maintained.

-Communicating with patients and their families in a professional and compassionate manner.

-Maintaining accurate records and reports.

Qualifications and Experience

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a team.

-Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise tasks effectively.

-Understanding of and commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults.
