Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in promoting health, preventing illness, and supporting patients through their recovery process.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and document findings accurately. Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and preferences. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, liaising with all relevant healthcare professionals to ensure residents needs are met in a tailored way. Monitor residents' progress and respond promptly to any changes in their condition. Informing residents and their families about health management, medication usage, and lifestyle modifications as suggested by relevant professionals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care delivery. Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Skills

Strong knowledge of patient care principles and best practices. Proficient understanding of care home nursing Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Empathy and compassion towards patients with diverse backgrounds and needs. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest nursing practices.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to 22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
