We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This role is essential in ensuring the well-being and recovery of patients in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and reporting to the medical team. Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Strong knowledge of medication administration practices. Understanding of human anatomy and physiology relevant to patient care. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in a clinical setting is advantageous but not mandatory. A genuine passion for providing high-quality patient care and supporting individuals in their recovery journey.

Pay: 21.44-31.84 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
