Registered Nurse

Flexible/Bank Shifts available

22.50 per hour

We opened our bespoke new care home in Royston in the Autumn of 2024.. We are looking for a team of enthusiastic adult qualified registered nurses to start our journey into nursing for older people in this wonderful new spacious and modern nursing care home. Quantum Care is a great place to work and with our new purpose built home, you won't find a better working environment. Our dedicated staff currently provide wonderful care and they have real team spirit.

As a Nurse you will:

Have a current NMC registration with evidence of CPD, as well as experience of working in a care home. Be responsible for achieving the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care and effective supervision of Staff Members. Provide direction and nursing support for the care team. Provide the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for residents with complex health and social care needs. Maintain high standards in all documentation and person-centred care plans. Have an awareness of regulatory and safeguarding standards and expectations with regards to the safety of vulnerable adults. Adhere to all appropriate NMC guidelines/regulations at all times.
