We are looking for a skilled and compassionate

Registered Nurse

to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in both home care and care home settings. This role requires a valid NMC registration, excellent clinical and communication skills, and a commitment to supporting patients' health, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and professional guidelines. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. Monitor and assess patients' conditions, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to appropriate medical personnel. Collaborate with healthcare assistants, families, and other professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using IT systems. Provide clinical leadership and guidance to care staff, supporting best practices and continuous improvement. Support patients emotionally and socially, promoting independence and dignity in all care provided. Travel to patient homes as required, delivering nursing care in the community.

Requirements

Valid

NMC registration

as a Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities). Previous experience in care home or community nursing is desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A valid UK driving licence is preferred for community-based roles. Confident in using IT systems for clinical documentation and communication. Strong clinical judgement, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, or bank holidays when required.
