Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects. Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and implementing nursing interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting all relevant information regarding patient care and treatment. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures. Perform routine medical procedures as required, adhering to safety protocols and infection control standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.

Experience

A valid NMC registration 6 months nursing experience of the same sector with 3 yrs working within the UK Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
