Registered General Nurse - St Aubyns Nursing Home Sidcup DA15

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Days and Nights

St Aubyns is looking for friendly and experienced Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join the team at their nursing home in Sidcup.

Key Responsibilities

Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians

Monitoring Residents

Administering medication

Putting together treatment plans

Overseeing a team of care assistants

Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Provide care education to patients in person

Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)

Skills

Hold a relevant nursing qualification

Be registered with the NMC

CPR, ACLS, and BCLS Certification

Knowledge of OSHA, FDA, and HIPAA compliance

Excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach

Prior experience in a nursing home is preferred

Must be able to lift and position patients on endoscopy stretcher and transport patients

Ability to prioritise workload and work well as part of a team

Have satisfactory references

Have the right to work in the UK

In Return St Aubyns will Provide
