Blossomfield Rose care Home are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join their team. The ideal candidates would possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional medical services.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive resident care by assessing resident needs and developing individualised care plans. Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects. Maintain accurate and detailed resident records, documenting all care provided. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes. Educate residents and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

Experience

A valid nursing degree from an accredited institution and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Proven experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in areas related to patient care. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology is essential for effective medication administration. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Hour of work

Days - Part Time - 24 hours x 1 & 33 hours x 1
