Registered General Nurse (RGN)
to join our team and deliver high-quality care in a supportive environment. This role is ideal for a nurse with at least one year of care home experience who is committed to excellent patient care.Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe and effective nursing care to residents Monitor and assess residents' health and wellbeing Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate records in line with professional and regulatory standards Work collaboratively with the care team to support residents' needs
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in care homes Updated DBS certificate Strong communication, clinical, and organisational skills
