Duties
Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Assist in the coordination of care among various departments within the healthcare facility.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Skills
Strong knowledge of patient care practices and procedures.
Proficient understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
Experience with medication administration protocols and safety measures.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Empathy and compassion towards patients, demonstrating a commitment to their health and wellbeing.

You Must Have:
- Active NMC Registration (RMN qualification essential).
- Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply, 6 months UK work experience is preferred.
- Flexibility for 24/7 shift patterns (including nights/weekends).
