Job Details:

Cotswold House is a 45 bedded home offering a range of care including nursing, residential and dementia care. Rated GOOD in all areas during our last CQC inspection, we have a lot to offer newly qualified and experienced nurses.

Supported by our Home Manager (also a Registered Nurse) and our Clinical Lead, you will assist in delivering the very best possible care to our residents.

You will be responsible for administering prescribed medicines in accordance with the company's and NMC guidelines, assessing all aspects of each Resident's care needs, whilst maintaining accurate records and ensuring that each Resident has an individualised Care Plan.

The role includes delivering clinical excellence in a professional manner whilst effectively leading, and supervising a team of staff. With a kind, caring and calm approach, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with Residents, relatives and colleagues.
