Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, promptly reporting any changes to the medical team. Educate patients and their families on health management, medication usage, and post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care tailored to individual patient needs. Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities to enhance nursing skills.

Experience

A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred, showcasing strong patient care skills. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is crucial for effective patient assessment and treatment. Experience in medication administration, including familiarity with various forms of medication delivery. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
