to join our friendly team and help us deliver the highest standards of care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing high-quality clinical care and support to residents Administering medication safely and accurately Leading and supporting care staff in delivering excellent care Developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for all residents

What we're looking for:

A valid NMC registration (RGN/RMN/RNLD) Excellent clinical knowledge and a caring nature Strong communication and leadership skills A genuine passion for working with older people
