Position: RGN / RMN - Full-Time (Days & Nights) - 22 per hour (Negotiable)

Location: DN21 1AN

Hours: 33 hours per week (Flexible Candidates Only)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a

qualified and experienced RGN or RMN

to join our dedicated team in a complex care home environment. This role requires a compassionate, confident, and adaptable nurse who is able to work both independently and as part of a team to support residents with

challenging behaviour

and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage medication rounds effectively Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff Maintain accurate documentation and reports Ensure safeguarding, dignity, and respect for all residents Respond quickly and effectively to medical emergencies or resident needs

Requirements:

NMC-registered RGN or RMN Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably within a similar complex/challenging behaviour setting Proven ability to work independently without supervision Strong understanding of medication administration and best practices Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
