We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing individual needs and developing tailored care plans. Administer medications accurately and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects. Maintain comprehensive patient records, documenting observations, treatments, and progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient management and care delivery. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures. Conduct routine physical examinations and assist in diagnostic procedures as required. Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment for patients.

Requirements

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care decisions. Proven experience in medication administration with an understanding of pharmacology principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of care delivery. A compassionate approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with patients.
