Registered Nurses needed in Germany & Austria



Some training courses/languages courses need to be done



What are they paid during the training period and what after their certificate?

a) training period 2800EUR monthly plus overtime

b) professional 3500EUR monthly plus overtime

2 Streams running

Stream 1.

Immediate demand always exists for registered nurses (BSc. nursing) with 2 plus years working experience in government or private hospitals, and with B2 level German proficiency certificates.

These candidates once registered with us would have all their credentials checked (birth certificates, police verification, educational certificates, experience profile, etc).

Stream 2:

Year 1 or Year 2 nurses studying for their BSc.

Ideally, we would like our partner/s to integrate a language course from the start of Year 2 (choice of German or English candidates preferred destination)

Upon qualifying with their degree, these candidates would be B2 ready making them highly marketable. They would then only need our cultural immersion course which lasts a few weeks.



1. Verify all documents (passport, certificates, RN license, CV)

2. Check language certificate(B1/B2) or start language training (A1-B2 level)

3. Complete structured CV with gap validation

4. Prepare for interviews

5. Match with employers and issue job offers

6. Collect medical reports, police clearance, and visa-related documents

7. Initiate recognition process (based on 16d Residence Act - Germany)

8. Secure a bridging course slot (AZAV-accredited provider)

9. Submit visa application through local partner agency

10. Arrange travel and flight to destination country legal fee and flights paid for

a) assistant salary from employer. Food etc. handled on their own - accommodation arranged by employer on a shared basis and chargeable.
