What You'll Do

Deliver person-centred clinical care to elderly and vulnerable adults Administer medications and support care planning Work collaboratively with care teams, families, and other professionals Champion dignity, safety, and quality of life for all Clients Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to audits/inspections

We're Looking For

Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) 6+ months of experience in a nursing or care home setting Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills Passion for high-quality care and client wellbeing Right to work in the UK
