Role: Registered Senior Service Manager




Salary:

39,374.24 per annum

+ 1353.42 Essential Car user Allowance per annum

+ 125 OR 250 Registered Manager Payment per month (If DCA it would be the full payment of 250 but if shared it would be 125)




Location: Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire



Hours: 37.5 per week




This role will be a 12 month fixed-term contract.

As a Senior Service Manager, you will lead and develop your team, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and equipped to provide exceptional, person-centred care. You will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, supervision, and performance management while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. Additionally, you will take ownership of financial management, ensuring budgets are effectively managed and financial processes are followed.



You will be instrumental in ensuring the service remains fully compliant with all regulatory and safeguarding standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. As the CQC registered manager, you will oversee quality assurance measures and key performance reporting. You will also build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies, and the wider community to enhance the support and opportunities available to the people we support.


What You Will Bring




Passion and experience as a leader in social care. NVQ Level 5 in Social Care Management (or equivalent) or RMA qualification. Experience and understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE). Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance. Experience in managing budgets and financial processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. IT literacy and confidence in using digital systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
