3-day week | No routine OOH | Strong team culture | Genuine clinical variety
If you became an RVN to care deeply, not just cope
If you are a Registered Veterinary Nurse who still loves the job but feels worn down by rushed days, limited voice, or rotas that never quite respect your life outside work, this role is worth your attention.
This is a position designed for nurses who want to feel valued, supported, and trusted to do their job properly, without burning out.
The Opportunity
We are working with a proudly independent, multi-site small animal practice group in Worthing, that has built something genuinely special. This is not a corporate environment driven by targets. It is a values-led group where clinical freedom, kindness, and collaboration are lived every day, not just written on a website.
They are looking for an experienced RVN to join their Worthing branch on a part-time basis. This is not about filling a gap. It is about welcoming someone who wants to be part of a close-knit nursing team, contribute ideas, and grow their skills within a supportive framework.
You will be working in a practice where nurses are listened to, trusted, and encouraged to develop areas of interest, whether that is inpatient care, imaging, rehabilitation, coaching, or leadership.
Why This Role Is Different
A culture built on respect, not pressure
Kindness and inclusivity are non-negotiable here. The team actively supports one another, communicates openly, and treats clients with empathy and professionalism. People stay because they feel respected and valued.
Clinical exposure that keeps you engaged
You will be involved in first opinion medical and surgical cases, advanced diagnostic imaging, and rehabilitation work. With access to two state-of-the-art hospitals within the wider group, there is real scope to deepen your clinical skills.
Thoughtfully designed environments
The clinics are intentionally designed to feel calm, warm, and welcoming. This is a genuine home-from-home feel for clients and staff alike, and it makes a real difference to the working day.
Independence that truly matters
Being independent means clinical decisions come first. You have the freedom to do what is right for patients, without unnecessary constraints.
