Wirral Vets are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our busy and supportive team. This varied role will give you a broad and rewarding mix of responsibilities including anaesthetic monitoring surgical nursing nurse consultations and maintaining excellent patient and client care. With a heavy charity caseload you will also see the positive impact local charities have within our community.

Role Details



You will work across both our Upton and Seaview practices ensuring smooth clinical flow throughout the day. Key aspects of the role includeAnaesthetic monitoring and all aspects of surgical nursing Nurse consultations and client communication Laboratory work using in house diagnostic equipment Supporting high standards of patient and client care Working collaboratively as part of a close knit team

Work Schedule



This is a part time role offering flexibility to enjoy your free time. We are looking for two full days 8am to 6.30pm plus participation in the Saturday rota 9am to 1.30pm.

About the Practice



You will be part of a well established team including five vets four RVNs two SVNs and ANAs along with dedicated reception staff. Upton is purpose built with four consulting rooms a fully equipped theatre dedicated dog and cat wards and digital x ray. Seaview is smaller but still well equipped offering everything expected of a busy first opinion practice.
